Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched once a week, typically on Fridays.

Due to the custom nature of our products,  please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch on most orders. Some items are ordered in from our suppliers and will take additional processing time. Please contact us for current stock availability.

Some guitars may require up to 4 weeks for final setup before shipping. Please contact us for information about current guitar availability.
